Corsov is sitting reading all the messages that he has received (OOC: I needed to sleep, it was 2am, I wasn't ignoring your messages)
Corsov: Yup, they pulled all their soldiers out of the range. That's cute, MPAN is demanding the WMD. That's..impossible. Uhh....Oh and they're still barraging us. -sigh- this isn't going to be very amicable.
Corsov: General
The general looks up from his desk on the other side of the bunker
Corsov: how far is the dreadnought?
General: it should be here tomorrow if all things are well
Corsov: Great, wouldn't want to miss out on the party
Corsov turns to his computer
Telegram Recipient: Global Sender: Unfallious
Greetings world leaders. I suppose you're all stunned after my prior communication and I hope to clear some stuff up with you. First, this WMD cannot be handed over. Not because we're stubborn, but because it's built into one of the gas deposited on the island. The second largest gas deposit. It's also hard to dismantle. Not impossible, but incredibly hard and very risky. It's hard just storing this stuff in an non-volatile state.
Moving on to the nations that have had the nerve to continue barraging stuff, I'm going to give you a quick chemistry lesson. Methane is a greenhouse gas. A very large greenhouse gas, about 5 times worse than carbon dioxide (OOC: this stuff should be relatively true, look it up), it displaces oxygen in the air and it would also block radiation from the sun reaching the planet. If we just cracked open one of the deposits, or hell, I'll just crack them all. Then it'll cause huge environmental effects. It might not be short term, but in the long term you'll be pretty pissed when it's too cold to grow any crops.
We would like to organise a summit to discuss this war, it's endings and any border gains that may be had from it. ------------------------------ The General is reviewing the letter
General: But sir, we don't nearly have enough Methane to cause that kind of global effect!
Corsov: Yes, but they don't know that, do they?
Corsov transmits the message ------------------------------------------------------------
Corsov has gathered his men around for a council meeting
Corsov: Autumnia has picked up about 400 of our spies and his holding them for ransom
General: Well that's funny because last I heard we didn't have 400 spies on Mars
Corsov: We don't, anyhow 20 of our spies have stopped responding so I'm going to assume that Autumnia has 20 of them, the rest just be other colonies posing as us, but they aren't going to believe us if we tried.
General: The spies knew the risks of what they were doing. As did their family. There is nothing more we can expect of them.
Corsov: Indeed. We will hold a memorial for them once this barrage stops.

General McDalk looks over MPAN's letter, then Unfallious's letters. McDalk then sends a global transmission.
TO: ALL FROM: Jaslandia
Attention leaders of the world,
Jaslandia has agreed to rejoin her allies and withdraw her forces to a different location. However, I want to be clear, the possession of WMDs of any kind is against international law. My nation would be willing to lead the campaign for peace, only if Unfallious surrenders their WMDs. We understand that they are dangerous weapons, but if you agree, my forces, MPAN, and perhaps those of the rest of the coalition, would be willing to help you disassemble them, no matter the cost. If Unfallious refuses, we may need to continue the attack in order to enforce MPAN's decision. And if Unfallious uses WMDs, they will be utterly annihilated by the Allies and MPAN. Unfallious, make your decision carefully.
Signed, General Arnold McDalk of Jaslandia

Unfallious wishes to express that they will not surrender any WMD until the attacking nations agree to a peace summit/meeting where an agreement can be called up. This meeting can be in any location, we do not mind travelling.

Right. So you're that dumb. Well, frankly, I need to deal with this so I can get back to having a nice sunny holiday in the tropics of Mars. So I'll give you one chance. You, all of your men and civilians board this ship. I fly you to the other island (top right) and let them disembark there. Then I dispose of this WMD, and I fly away, happy as can be. Then you can hold your little summit thing, but unfortunately you do not break deals with the guy that's going to poison everyone.
So, that's your last chance. Take it or leave it, but if you refuse, well. I hope your bunkers are secure, because I know just how much damage a MAC cannon can do. It's better than letting you run around, doing this shit again. You have exactly thirty minutes to radio back (OOC: one message, not actually thirty minutes XD) before I fire. I mean, hell, I gotta warm my cannon up anyway.
Over and out.

Corsov is listening to the transmission from MPAN
Corsov: Well, we brought MPAN in, that's a little exciting. Quite an achievement actually, how do you think the Giravious would stand up to fire from that cannon?
General: We have defences from all sorts on that ship, sir, but not defence from a weapon like that. We could put the Giravious in front of the shots, that'd protect us from the first salvo, but that just means we've lost a ship and we're still getting hit.
Corsov: Ah..Not sure the commander would be pleased about losing the frigate either. It doesn't look good. I'm not sure the other nations would want a summit after we lose our WMD...Could we make another General?
General: Oh of course we could, but I'm sure after this MPAN would be monitoring us, I'm not sure they'd be as kind next time.
Corsov: Hmmph, oh well. If we're gonna die we're gonna make the other colonies feel guilty. Give Stand down order 5 to all troops. Bring the navy back. Put the Giravious in orbit. We've not killed a single enemy troop. I'm not about to start now.

We have stood down our troops and pulled them away from the gas site. The site is in the centre of the island. It's in a large facility. You'll know it when you see it. We'd rather not leave the island due to the whole war thing.
Regards.

We understand Unfallious's concern for his safety and Autumnia is standing down, and moving there Lines back to the Autumnian and coalition lands. I suggest Nudonia should do the same and let MPAN deal with this WMD.
Yours sincerely Minister Plato of the Autumnian colony.

"YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWN" The Army of Hogwarts School of Cats awaken, surrounded by their tanks and battleships in what is to become Godric's Hollow. "Sorry Comrades, your sleeping drugs may have been a tad stronger than i suspected" laughs Sirius Black into a microphone. "We landed on Mars, well, several days ago. You guys may be a little bit hungry, you have not eaten in a week. Luckily myself and your commanders have spoken to a Martian tribe near here, and they have agreed to give us food and assistance. In exchange, you men are forbidden from harming them, and you must stay away from their women. Now go, eat!" Sirius Black walks away from his men and joins his two best friends, Remus Lupin and James Potter, in a small wooden hut. "Sirius, we have been receiving some random messages on our radios. We are trying to tune in. We have sent out a message asking for information on other Colonies in this area. We are awaiting a response.

General McDalk walked on to the bridge of the Jaslandian flagship. "Pull back," McDalk ordered. "We're heading home and ending this damn invasion. Pull back!" Communication officers then sent messages to the various ships, relaying the General's orders. As the fleet returned to the Jaslandian Mars Colony, McDalk sent a message to his allies.
TO: Autumina, Vladovaskia, Nudonia, Russian Federation FROM: Jaslandia
Sirs,
I have begun withdrawal of my troops from Unfallious territory. I urge all of you who have not done so to do so immediately. I propose a peace conference to begin at the Council of Nations as soon as possible, and that we let MPAN handle the disposal of Unfallious's WMDs.
Signed, General Arnold McDalk of Jaslandia

Corsov is sitting in front of the bunker situation screen. Suddenly his diplomacy advisor runs into the room
Advisor: Sir, another colony has revealed themselves. They're called Hogwarts school of cats.
Corsov: Well that's great. Perfectly wonderful. I'll be sure to message them just after I've finished cleaning up the barrage craters in the beaches
Advisor: but sir, it would help our international reputation if we greeted them
Corsov: oh yeah? You think if we greet them the rest of the world will forgive us for pulling out a chemical based WMD and threatening to pollute Mars?
Advisor: Well...No, but it would still help.
Corsov: No you imbecile. Just contact the Kasaractor and have them incorporated.
Advisor: but...Sir-
Corsov: YOUR JOB IS TO DO NOT TO QUESTION. FOLLOW THE ORDER.
Advisor: Y-Yes sir.
The advisor hurries from the room.
Corsov collapses into his chair
Corsov: -sigh- I'm getting too old for this crap.

In AutumniaMinister Plato: All this war and stuff that is going on is really hurting my head. Adviser Mary Ann: Sir, umm, If you wanted to solve some issues you could call a General meeting, that may help solve some things going on with the other colonies. Minister Plato: That's a genius plan, it shall be held north of the previous summit location still on Autumnian soil and anyone who doesn't come shall be considered hostile as this is a peace meeting. We shall do so Immediately.

We understand your concern for your representatives safety, but a gun would not be necessary as this person shall be a diplomat and the guards accompanying will be allowed a gun for safety reasons.
This meeting will be to sort out our differences and do it peacefully as the name suggests. The rest of the equipment is fine. If you have any other queries please feel free to contact as we are an open colony.
