We have sent some aircraft with wheat supplies over there, hopefully we can grow wheat too. I hope the pre-fabs were to your standard, they were quickly assembled and thrown into the Dropbears. If you want, I have already stationed 100 or so Kangaroos and a few tanks, but I could station a few more. I would prefer to focus on the farming though.
Yours sincerely, Councillor Grath Davidson.

The coastal recon teams are tracking enemy movements along the land and sea, upon seeing the arrival of new troops they message Corsov.
Corsov: That'll be the Autumnians. I was wondering when they'd show up.
General: They have reinforced the barricade around the colony mainland.
Corsov: Yup, they don't want to be responsible for throwing the first stone, but they have no problem with throwing the next 20. Have we got an estimate on the radius and population devastation yet, general
General: There is no way around it, air dispersal will kill 100% of the island. Uninhabitable for a period of years.
Corsov: What about the effect on the blockading troops?
General: Unless they receive prior warning it should incur casualties of up to 78%
Corsov: This means we have a last resort at least. I am not losing this war, how is the progress of the dreadnought?
General: it is still several days away.
Corsov: Well, not much we can do now. Why don't we be courteous and greet our new aggressors
Telegram Recipient: Autumnia Encryption: Standard
Good evening western aggressor. We see you have joined the genocidal blockaders in their quest to annihilate all things that do not conform. Welcome! We hope you enjoy the sight, we did love the view when we first found this island. It's rather splendid. Oh, may I advise that you may want to switch your frequencies a bit. We do have a little message running for the Nudonians on a few frequencies. We stopped broadcasting on several so as to allow you to efficiently plan our genocide.
So again, welcome to the south!

As Governor Truman was away for the opening seccision of the Council of Nations, General Arnold McDalk was in charge of the colony. As he was supervising construction of new houses, he received reports of the developing war to the south. He immediately sent a message to the Allied forces
TO: Autumnia, Nudonia, Vladovaskia FROM: Jaslandia
Sirs,
I have heard of the war, and I am willing to throw my support with you against Unfallious. I have some ships, tanks, troops, and fighter jets that I can use as you see fit.
Signed, General Arnold McDalk of Jaslandian Mars Colony

The Vladovastok war ships finally make their way into range of the Unfallious island. "Fire the cannons, boys!" yells Sergeant Wozniak. Gigantic metal slugs shrouded in fire fly from the massive barrels aboard the warships, slamming into the enemy grounds, setting buildings aflame and annihilating the enemy defenses. The first shots have been fired and a small hole has been ripped into the enemy, ripe for a land invasion.

Message to Dmitry of RF:
Welcome to the Union, sir. And no worries, our EU is nothing like Earth's petty European Union. You'll be glad to take note that we are willing to allow your borders to expand over the Southern peninsula, however we would like to retain the land around and to the South of Fort Curiosity.

As the Vladovastok ships started bombarding the island, 5 destroyers and a battleship, all flying the Jaslandian flag, pulled up along side the ships from Vladovaskia. The Jaslandian ships joined in pummeling the coastline, creating a swath of destruction. Amphibious transport boats waited below the ships' hull, ready to launch the troops and tanks within once the order was given.

Russians Battle Ships also as reinforcements pulled next to the island and began firing, cruisers wait for the command to storm the Spetsnaz troops on the beach incase invasion is launch.
President of RF: We have sent a Small naval fleet to the island witch our Allie is attacking and will support them, I will admit that we don't know why we're fighting but just know we're fighting for our Allies and a safe future for The Russian Federation on Mars.

The war council are gathered within the bunker Corsov: So they fired a few rounds at our ground forces. They have caused some structural damage. No defences lost (Assuming you annihilated my defences was a bit god modey), luckily the Giravious was in range with defensive weaponry, she took out most of the shots. General: Sir, we have to tell them about the last resort. You know they will continue to attack us, you know we cannot hold out against them. You must initiate the final resort. You must tell them about Delta6. Corsov: But don't you understand? This will completely ruin our chances of ever being able to come into the international community. They will shun us forever! General: Aren't they already doing that, sir? Corsov: Good point. The Giravious can't resist all forms of attack, and it won't be long before they target her directly. I'll inform them about Delta6. Maybe that'll scare them away long enough for them to think about how bloodthirsty and foolish they are being.

Range: Global Recipient: All Encrypton: Minimum Good evening leaders, war lords and genocidal maniacs. I am Valdok Corsov, the colony leader for Unfallious. Since none of you have even bothered to discuss this amicably, or make any effort to actually sort this through peacefully we've come to a sort of impasse, because now I'm left with an unwinnable confrontation and a whole host of options on how to deal with it. I could just sit here and watch you pull apart my colony and disrespect our people, or I could just send out all my troops and have a gloriously blood-filled last stand resulting in Unfallious going out in a blaze of glory. But of course I'm not going to do any of that, because I have Delta6. "Delta 6, what is this?" You may ask. No doubt your security and intelligence agencies have picked up transmissions about the project, though nothing that explicitly tells you what it is. Delta6 is a Class IV WMD. "How did Unfallious get hold of Uranium?" You may ask. We didn't, because not all WMDs are nuclear. This WMD was made using the abundant supplies of Methane gas in the ground. Methane on its own is very good at displacing oxygen in the air, so releasing it in its basic form will cause a lot of suffocation, maybe a few deaths and a huge enviromental crisis. That's because Methane is a huge greenhouse gas. Far worse than carbon dioxide. Of course we are Unfallious, we're not psychotic and genocidal like yourself. No we understand that this planet is occupied by colonies and creatures that are innocent and shouldn't be harmed. Which is why we've spent all our research into editing the chemical compound to create the perfect deterrent. You see, the gas has been mixed with acid and the toxic qualities of the chemical have also been altered to be completely fatal to Humans and Martians alike. The gas is a heavy compound and so it'll sit around the release area and not effect any of the land around it, unfortunately the land affected will be completely contaminated and uninhabitable for a few months. The Unfallious island itself will be uninhabitable for several years. The acidic qualities of the chemical mean that not even your aircraft and battleships will be able to withstand the chemical for long. We've drawn up a quick map which, taking into account the current wind direction, shows the range of the gas. It's safe to assume that any individual within this area will perish within a few minutes if they do not get out quickly. So to recap: We have deadly chemical We can release deadly chemical sacrificing ourselves but destroying half of this planet's military power All we want to do is talk. No, in fact all we really want to do is be left alone. Maybe with some salt, but if talking will reassure that the militaristic scum of the EU and the council will keep their battleships pointed at another colony then sure, we'll talk, but mark our words. We have this weapon, we will use it and it will be devastating. Choose your next orders carefully. The lives of over 50,000 men rely upon them. Regards Valdok Corsov

The Duma War Room Dmitry:Umm wtf?! Generals: Sir, we seen the message as well and we have completely agreed that its fake. Dmitry: Really General: Umm no sir, in fact it's very very real and could be bad but they say if we just talk and hold off our attack then we will resolve to a peaceful solution. Dmitry: oh... Ok well order the ships to halt fire but still hold positions till the meeting ends to a peaceful end General: yes sir, and should we tell them of D6? Dmitry: Hell no were not the one in there shoes and that is very highly classified and over your pay grade talk... How you know of D6!? General: remember that nigh of poker with the army generals and you shouted drunkly " I've got the D.. D6 bitch hell yea A in the hole and a WMD smuggled out of Russia... A, we're this drink you said free for charge!?" Dmitry: oh shit! I want all those men shot and then replace with new generals that higher than them and you keep your mouth shut! General: umm yes sir and the hoker? Dmitry: the same -.-

A message to allied leaders: Gentlemen. Our enemy may consider us psychotic genocidal maniacs, but we are not. I know for a fact Vladovaskia has policies in place to protect those who aren't militants, even if they are the enemy. I'm sure several of you act similarly. But what these monsters propose... this is destruction on a catastrophic level to the Martian ecosystem. This would highly pollute the water of the planet, and even shift the direction for which the streams flow to an extent. Not to mention the absolutely devastating effects to the air and land. I'm tempted to allow our enemy to release this so we can rid ourselves of the scum, but I cannot in good faith. But we cannot allow him to use terrorism against us! We must discuss this situation and decide upon appropriate action. I call upon the CoN to meet.
A message to RF: Welcome to the EU, my friend. Your help with the Unfallious problem is greatly appreciated and your loyalty to the Union is remarkable. We shall begin pooling our resources for us to share immediately. Feel free to use what you need. What's ours is yours, and hopefully the same applies from you to us.

As Jaslandian ships continued to bombard the Unfallious coastline, General Arnold McDalk went onto the bridge of his battleship, the Serpent.
"Sir," a communications officer reported to McDalk. "I have an urgent message from the enemy. They have WMDs, sir." McDalk read the letter carefully, genuinely startled by what he saw. He threw the letter back on the desk.
"Send a wire to the allies," McDalk ordered, then proceeding to dictate a telegram to the communications officer.
TO: Autumnia, Nudonia, Vladovaskia, Russian Federation FROM: Jaslandia
Sirs,
I just received a message from the Unfallious leadership. They claim to have to have powerful WMDs, and they're not afraid to use them. I am genuinely frightened by the message, and it must be considered. I propose a temporary cease fire while we discuss a course of action.
Signed, General Arnold McDalk of Jaslandia
After the telegram was sent, Arnold dictated a second message. This one was to be sent to Unfallious.
TO: Unfallious FROM: Jaslandia
Mr. Corsov,
I have received your message. Rest assured, I have paid close attention to it. I cannot make peace without the cooperation and unity of the rest of the Allied coalition; I will not make a separate peace. I will discuss your message with the coalition to decide a course of action. Until then, my ships will stop bombarding your coastline. However, they will stay where they are, and they will resume bombardment if the Allies decide to reject your proposal. All we ask is that you do not attack Jaslandia or its ships. If you do not comply with my request, myself and the rest of the Allies will release the full weight of our military on your nation.
Signed, General Arnold McDalk of Jaslandia
The General then sent the message, sat down, and hoped for the best.

Corsov was sitting in front of the situation screen in the bunker. The screen had been updated with a red pulsating circle denoting the range of the gas. A soldier marches into the room, salutes and places the message on the desk Corsov reads the letter intently, absorbing every detail. Corsov: You know, this is the kind of colony I had hoped would have made first contact with us. They don't seem as stupid as the others. Corsov turned to his computer and began to type

Recipient: Jaslandia Command Sender: Unfallious Encryption: Maximum Thank you for taking the time to reply to us. We understand that you are frightened by our.....utility. You are right to be frightened. Unfortunately the gas doesn't discriminate, trust us, we tried. So if we do have to release it then it will kill Jaslandian (OOC: Is this right?) and Unfallious troops alike. We wish you well in your meeting, hopefully you can work to make the others see sense. Kind regards Valdok Corsov Colony Command
